New desire

I was randomly browsing etsy this morning and came across an adorable new clip.  I decided I HAD to have it (for Sofia, of course).  But I didn't want to pay 5.50 + shipping.  I know that's not too much money, but it seems silly because as I was looking at it more closely... and I realized that *I* could make it.  I mean seriously.  It's so easy!  Atleast, that's what I say now. 

Well it all got me thinking...  Why am I paying $5 or more for things like this or this when I could seriously MAKE them for less than that.  So, I've decided that I shall try.  Although, I tend to have lofty crafting ideas and mostly fail at producing them, but I'm going to try, and I'm pretty sure I'll get better the more I try.

So if it turns into a success I might just open my OWN etsy shop.  I mean shoot.  A little money in my paypal account that I can use as my "etsy" fund to spend there.  ;)  We'll see.
