Weigh in week 1

So I did pretty well over all.  I stayed within my allotted calories every day, except *maybe* yesterday.  I ate some homemade ceviche and I can't figure out the calories to that because I wasn't there when it was made.  Other than that I did well.  Even on many of my up days (the days I can eat what I want) I stayed well under my calorie allotment.

Here's my weigh-in and measurements

Weight: 143.0  (-2.6ish)
Arm: 11.5 (-.5)
Waist: 30 (-1.0)
Hips: 40 (-.5)
Thighs: 23 (same)

I really thought that I had lost more weight than that.  But, I can't complain, I lost my 2 pounds for this week and with almost no exercise.  This Wednesday they are delivering our new TV so I will finally be able to start the 30 day shred.  I'm hoping I'll be able to find the time because I think it could really boost my weight loss.

Great job! IMHO infant care is exercise even if it is not equal to shredding.
