Well, we FINALLY had our first shower. After two schedule changes and me thinking it was never going to happen... it's over. It went pretty well although, I think next time I'm not going to be hosting it at my house. There was SO much clean up of trash, cans, plates, etc. And now after sweeping and mopping yesterday I've just got to do it again because of the foot traffic through the house. But... I am definitely glad we have laminate and not carpet!!
Over all we got some pretty cool stuff, TONS of serving dishes- which is what we needed. It was also nice to have his family and my family finally meet and get to mingle for more than 5 minutes.
