Random update

Not much going on here. I'm just trying to finish up a few wedding things... invitations, gifts, decorations, etc. My invitations should be heading out tomorrow (with any luck). I can't wait to start getting the RSVP's back, I think that will really help to make it seem "real". Also, I have my first shower next weekend, I'm looking forward to it, but I have a feeling it is going to be a bit stressful since it is at my house.

My next big project is to find the 6-8 vases I still need for our centerpieces. And of course there are a bunch of small things that still attention, but those will come with time. I did do a little decoration shopping yesterday and I bought some curtains (for the look below-it's gonna be AWESOME!), self-lighting red paper laterns to hang in the trees, and some sparkle-y jewel thingies that I will probably string on ribbon and hang some where where they will catch a lot of light.




Other news: Kino is in Iraq with Grupo Fantasma and should be home on Wednesday, thank goodness!! I have only gotten a chance to talk to him 2 times since he left on Labor day. I have gotten a few emails, but it's nice to get to talk to him too., even though I'm just glad I know he's OK. He said that it's actually pretty neat over there, the food is great, and they actually have huge plasma TVs and playstation 3's to keep them busy.
