WOW! Let me just say... it kicked my ass, royally! I had to sit it out countless times and I felt like such a weenie. I just couldn't take it, I either felt dizzy or felt like I might barf. Oh, and the steady stream of sweat coming off the guy's ass in front of me didn't help. It was DIS-GUST-ING! BUT, it was worth it. I never sweat so much or felt so accomplished in my life. As silly as that sounds.
For those that don't know what Bikram Yoga is, it's 26 poses 2x each for 90 minutes in a room that is 105 degrees or hotter. It was ridiculously hot and I was sweating profusely before the class even started. Oh and the FUNK, I almost walked out after walking in because of the strange smell. It wasn't really bad, it was just really weird and so steamy. Anyway, it's not easy, but it was worth it. I fully recommend it to anyone who is looking for something challenging that isn't the gym.
